Postpartum Depression In Families

The workshop will be an introduction in perinatal mental health (pregnancy and postpartum) designed to help understand the signs of Postpartum Depression in fathers and will provide a better understanding of the variety of factors that contribute to PPD in families. We will also discuss evidence based therapeutic practices therapists can use to help their male clients and clients' partners cope with and manage symptoms associated with PPD.
