Jesse Charland- CPC Student Therapist

Jesse is a CPC graduate student specializing in a variety of therapeutic areas including, but not limited to, working through depression related symptoms, life stage and developmental stressors, supporting parents with neurodiverse children, and working with artists and musicians. Drawing from over 20 years as a session and touring musician, Jesse’s unique background and perspective allows him to approach counseling with a deep understanding of the emotional challenges faced by those in creative fields.

Jesse’s time on the road has cultivated a worldview that is inclusive, empathetic, and curious—qualities that inform his approach to counseling. Whether working with individuals grappling with depression, navigating the complexities of caregiving, or assisting creatives in managing resistance, Jesse strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental space for growth and healing.
